In crafting this brand identity, we opted for a geometric sans-serif typeface paired with a minimal, primarily greyscale colour palette. This deliberate design choice resulted in a brand that reflects forward-thinking innovation, boldness, and sophistication. We chose vibrant red as an accent colour for the brand.
Objective
A Contemporary Identity for a Growing Practice
The objective for Metrotown Notary was to build a modern, trustworthy brand that distinguishes the firm within a traditionally conservative industry. The identity needed to communicate professionalism, reliability, and legal credibility while also appealing to a younger, real estate–savvy clientele seeking efficiency. The challenge was to strike a balance between authority and approachability, making sure the brand felt established and dependable without appearing outdated or overly formal.

We created a cohesive visual and verbal system designed to unify all brand touchpoints under one clear, recognizable identity. Clean Swiss typography, structured layouts, and restrained colour use establish professionalism and order, while subtle contemporary details introduce freshness. The tone of voice was crafted to feel confident yet accessible, helping simplify complex legal processes for clients. By aligning visual clarity with strategic messaging, the brand communicates both expertise and ease—key attributes for building trust in legal service environments.
