A landmark destination in the city
The Core aimed to establish a distinctive identity for its condo community at No. 3 Road and Westminster Highway in Richmond. The goal was to communicate both the bold architectural character of the building and the vibrant lifestyle it offers, appealing to prospective buyers looking for modern elegance, dynamic energy, and a prime location. The identity needed to convey sophistication and excitement simultaneously, positioning The Core as a landmark destination in the city.
Strategy
Energy & Minimalism at The Core
To bring The Core to life, we crafted a design system that balances visual dynamism with refined minimalism. Subtle motion graphics and interactive elements guide users through the website, while high-end photography and video capture striking architectural angles and lifestyle moments. We followed the brand’s signature motifs, including the pixelated sun graphic and a minimalist palette of lemon yellow and neutral greys, to maintain consistency and elevate recognition. Every design choice—from typography to imagery to layout—was made to convey movement, energy, and aspirational urban living.
