Wilford is a thoughtfully designed residential community tucked into a quiet cul-de-sac off Delestre Avenue in West Coquitlam. Created to reflect the spirit of close-knit neighbourhood living, the project emphasizes warmth, connection, and everyday comfort—where familiar faces, shared spaces, and a strong sense of belonging shape the experience of home.

The brief called for a brand that could capture Wilford’s welcoming, community-first character while standing out in a competitive real estate landscape. From the earliest stages, the goal was to build the identity entirely from scratch, beginning with naming and continuing through logo design, typography, colour direction, and brand voice. Every decision needed to reinforce the development’s residential charm and emotional appeal, positioning it as more than a place to live—it had to feel like a place to belong. The final direction balances approachability with polish, ensuring the brand resonates with prospective homeowners seeking both comfort and quality.

Our approach focused on translating Wilford’s sense of warmth and neighbourhood connection into a cohesive visual language. The typographic system and palette were selected to feel friendly yet refined, while the logo was designed to express stability and character. Art direction for photography emphasized authentic moments, natural light, and lived-in environments to communicate lifestyle rather than just architecture. Interactive digital elements were also introduced to deepen engagement, including a custom touchscreen experience and intuitive web features that allow users to explore floorplans, amenities, and finishes in a seamless, exploratory way. These layered components ensure the brand feels personal, immersive, and easy to navigate.

The website reinforces this experience with a sleek interface, interactive accent-colour preview tools, and a dynamic floorplan viewer that allows visitors to filter layouts, compare unit types, and download information effortlessly.
